Mediation

Mediation is a voluntary, informal, confidential process in which neutral mediators assist parties in a discussion of issues. In over 85% of cases, parties reach a mutually agreeable resolution of their dispute. We can arrange a convenient time for you.

Types of cases: co-workers, business associates, family, friends, neighbors, homeowner-contractor, landlord-tenant, district court-referred, roommates, special education.
