Neighbors, roommates, homeowners and others may find mediation useful.
If you have a dispute that you want to resolve, or you want to prevent a dispute, we can help. Mediation is a process of solving problems through discussion, with the help of trained neutral mediators. Mediators help people talk about the problem and solve it themselves in a way that both sides think is fair. It is a better way to resolve many types of personal disputes between family members, friends or neighbors because it is quick, low cost, private and less stressful than court. If you are not happy with the outcome of mediation, you may still pursue any options that were available before mediation. Learn more about mediation here.(link to mediation page)
