Young people and the adults who support them can learn creative
ways to approach everyday conflicts. Our interactive and age-appropriate
trainings help youth and adults recognize that they have choices
when faced with conflict.
Who comes to our trainings?
Young people ages 4 to 22.
Parents, school personnel, mentors, youth workers.
What kinds of trainings do we offer?
In the schools:
Conflict awareness and skills (anger management, communication,
negotiation).
Peer mediation skills for students. (We can also help develop
peer mediation programs.)
Facilitation and group leadership skills.
Staff development.
Conflict Management for Educators.
In the community:
Conflict Management Train-the-Trainer.
Presentations for public housing neighborhoods, after-school programs,
university groups, churches, scouts, parents, summer camps.
